Third annual Midwest Classic will be held in Southwest Ohio on June 28-July 1. This is a 17U/18U combined event, though strong 16U teams may enter as well. American Legion teams welcome (Jan. 1 age cutoff). Anchor fields are NCAA Division I stadiums, Miami University and the University of Dayton. Entry fee is $800 for a five-game guarantee, no gate fees. Three new baseballs will be provided for each game. Out-of-town teams don't have to start play until Friday, but must stay at tournament hotels (a list will be provided). Teams from six states and Canada in 2010.
